Seen 2 ghost updates on my pgwp application on sunday. Now I am confused as to what this actually means.

Hi,
I recieved 2 ghost updates both of them being on sunday exactly one week after the other. my question is
1. On sundays? does ircc work? then how did i recieve on sunday?
2. What does it actually mean?
3. I had applied for gcms notes on 18 May is it becasue of this as 30 days are almost gonna get over??
