Might help if you added some info on your current qualifications. As far as fees are concerned they are always high for international students sometimes average 14-18 thousand CDN per year plus living expense

Qualification is as under:

I appeared for 12th (HSCE Gujarat Board Exam), result is expected in End of May (I will get min 80% sure)
I want to go for Diploma or Advance diploma. So that total expense may brought down to put less burden to my family

What are the colleges where I can start my application without Application fee?
After getting result of HSCE and IELTS in my hand, I will go for application which required some fees too

this depends on agents. your agents can arrange fee waiver for you. please consult one of them.

Why I am pursuing this topic is because of the fact that many of consultants have very limited knowledge, of course they have a great tool on hand, i.e. "Fee waiver". Yet many of the problem, especially what I required the answers of are more relevant to this board members and especially student who are already studying in Canada may though some lights over my raised questions.

I am in the same boat. Are you looking for a IT program? I am in the same field.

Taking a diploma or advance diploma will by no means guarantee you will be able to find a good job in Canada after you finish your studies (these are not very advanced levels of education). It's possible you may find a good job and it's also quite possible you won't.

1) If you're going with a program that is vastly available in your country, you really need to convince the officer as to why studying in Canada would be more beneficial instead of studying that program in your country.
2) Pretty much part time jobs in a convenience store would suffice.
3) This would really depend on you. If you can provide enough funds for an institution that requires a high tuition fee, you just really need to show proof of means of financial support as many as you can.
4) I'd advice you to get a program from a polytechnic university since it's easier to get a job offer from those kind of institutions compared to a college institution.
