Hi there,
Recently I got S1 Visa for Canada. I got admission into private college. My IELTS score is 5.5 overall band (no band less than 5). I am flying very soon to Canada. My question is, if I want to change my college upon reaching into Canada, what should I do? Can I enrolled myself into any public college? Please suggest me the best way.

Thanks for the provided link. Actually, from very beginning I was unable to link my application through GC Key account. I am aware about this process. Is there any other option to change my college upon reaching in Canada?

Your biggest challenge will be getting a LOA from a public college there might be some May spots open right now but probably next september also with low ielts score makes things more difficult and you might need to keep studying at private collge until you can switch.

Since you have the study permit now you should have your UCI and application number so try linking again.

Thanks for your valuable suggestions. I am going to sit for another IELTS exam next month. But, really worried about the score. I am going to fly on November. Do you have any idea that, can I get any LOA from public college with this IELTS score for May session?
