Seeking help regarding Medical. Pakistan

I have a situation here.
I applied for study permit last year in Islamabad Embassy but was rejected due to some reason.
Now I am planning to apply again.
I applied last time with upfront medical.
What I want to ask, Is that medical still valid ? or will I have to get medically checked up again ?

Medical is valid for 1year.

Yes if it still within the 1 year. check the date you last did the medical if hasnt over 1 year by now.

then you can attach it. if its still less a year

Yes its still under a year time. Means still valid.
