Seeking for guidance/advise to proceed with Canada PR process

Hi,
My Current IELTs score is
Reading -9
Listening -8.5
Writing -6.5
Speaking -7.5

Unfortunately I couldn’t clear the writing cut off for CLB 9
Apart from reappearing for IELTS and getting a 7 in writing - what are the other workarounds to qualify for the Canada PR?

Please suggest

My NOC is skill level ‘A’
With my current iELTS score(CLB 8) - my CRS is coming to 390.
I understand that the CRS could have been significantly higher had I got a ‘7’ in writing.
However without reappaearing for IELTS -what are the provinces that I can apply for beings an IT professional.
Is there a chance that I can get an NOI from OINP at 390?

When did u take IELTS? If possible, go for scrutiny. Many people have benefited from thus.
Yes. OINP is the best. Special offer for IT professionals.
SINP EE is second opinion. NOCs 2173 and 2175 are in their list of demand occupation.
 
I took IELTS on 16th December -got my result just a few days back.Yes I am planning to apply for Revaluation

Any idea when are the demands opening for OINP ??
Also if I manage to get a nomination from SINP - Is there a way I can still settle down in Ontario ??

First revaluation.
Generally in January all PNP open.
Yes u can settle anywhere AFTER PR.
 
SINP EE is open for 2173 and 2175 NOC right ?
Please suggest if I should apply to SINP or wait for OINP to open?
Which provinces apart from OINP and SINP should I be targetting being an IT professional ?
 
Yes. You can do that. Later stage u have to withdraw any one of them.
 
Has SINP EE intake opened ?
