Seeking Asylum

My partner is Egyptian, 19 years old, and has been experiencing mental and physical abuse from her parents because she decided to transition to another gender. This includes being forced to take antidepressants, mental abuse.. her parents have confiscated her phone and severely restrict her freedoms, disallowing her from many basic activities. She currently lives in a Gulf country (middle-east) and is planning to escape and seek asylum in a foreign country. Is there a way for her to seek asylum in Canada upon arrival at the airport’s transit area? Would that require a visa? Her passport has been confiscated by her parents, and she can only retrieve it on the day she escapes.
I would just like to know what the process could be like. Anything would help. Thank you.

You need a TRV to enter Canada and claim at airport. So she needs to apply for TRV with passport, funds, ties to return and travel history. Is she flying directly to Canada? Europe would be easier.

She can’t seek asylum until they physically get a TRV and make it to Canada .
As mentioned Europe is far closer than Canada to make it to and seek asylum

Yes, she requires a visa.

She can seek asylum on arrival to Canada. In order to board a flight to Canada she requires a valid passport and must also obtain a TRV in advance.

It may be challenging for her to get a TRV approved. If the TRV is approved, she will need to send in her passport for visa stamping which generally takes a number of weeks. If she can only get possession of her passport for a day, applying and obtaining a TRV unfortunately isn't feasible.

Why would you like to talk about such a things on the platform that it’s not to sharing their faith, having these kind of discussion is great but In the right place with the right person as we don’t know each other so how can I comment on your post ? How may I know if you meant insulting Islam laws or you have same faith perhaps you looks like atheist which is pretty much normal no one can blame you that’s your choice but again speaking on right time with right person I am interested to defeat these people by only debate thought !
