Seeking an advise and help

Hi everyone.
I am seeking an advice or help to anyone please.
I got an update from my application and the immigration asking me for additional requirements.
One of this is police certificate from UAE.
The UAE embassy told me that if I file here or request the police certificate it will take 6 months before I will have it because they send it bulk and batches so they advice me if I know someone there to be my representative is much better cause the process will only take 3 t0 5 working days but my problem I dont know any one or any body at that country.
The immigration only give me 30 days to comply and complete the requirements.
In regards on this matter,if I cant attache this document with the other ..what will I do? Is there a way or optios? What will I say to the immigration?do I have toattach letter explaining about it?

What do you mean? Do you mean the Canadian visa office processing your spousal PR application?

if it will take 6 months to get your police clearance, then you need to respond to CIC's email/request and advise them of the issue, show them proof of your attempts to order the report, inlcuding any receipts and request an extension. when they see you are attempting to respond to their request, they will extend the deadline. if you do not respond to them at all within the time frame, there is a risk they will close out your file. it's best to respond to them and tell them the issue than to do nothing.

UAE embassy here in Manila Philippines process so much slow and have to wait 6 months to receive it.
But if you process it in UAE with yourself or with representative it will be faster. It takes to 5 business day or 14 days.
