There is no specific checklist to upload the IELTs test report in post ITA document uploading section. Which one is the appropriate section for IELTS report uploading? Also, what kind of letter do I need to upload for "Proof of means of financial support"

Thanks every one.

Upload IELTS with your education certificates.

Bank Letter showing your current balance and average 6 month balance.

Or. Bank letter showing current balance and past 6 month bank statement.

You should have your full name, bank account number and address on the bank letter.

±1 if this is helpful : )

You don't have to upload IELTS certificate at all. Just type in correct scores for each section and the certificate number. It is usually enough for CIC to verify you have taken an exam.
In rare cases they ask to upload IELTS certificate or WES evaluation results, if they have some issues verifying this data online.

Hey Cool, Does the bank statement has to have past few months bank statement? I am in a tricky situation that I have a joint account with my girlfriend. And EE officers will see immediately because our salaries are deposited automatically. But in EE application I didn't mention I have a common law. Is that gonna affect my application?

Shall I use another back account which does NOT have any money transfer for the past few months :( ?

Do you have any account only under your name?

It might be a problem if they call the bank for verification. You cannot submit a letter showing that the account belongs only to you. It will be a misrepresentation.

Is it required to give 6 months ? can i give 3 or 4?

As per CIC guideline. They want to see 6 months average balance on the bank letter along with your current balance. If your bank can write that on the letter, then no need for 6 months bank statement.

You might be right.

But for safe side, I submitted a bank letter and last 6 months bank statements. You can consult other seniors on this forum.

May I ask, why not? Why are you risking a charge of misrepresentation?

I would recommend you to reject the ITA and create a new EE profile and add your common law partner in your application.
