Hi folks. I am in a bit of a bind regarding my EE FSW application and would appreciate your input.
Currently, I have 468 points, and can possibly get 493 points if I am able to include additional work experience. However, I am not 100% confident in being to able prove this additional work experience; some details are missing from work experience letters and I am mixing and matching NOC codes. (See for context - http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/previous-employer-refusing-to-add-job-description-t413876.0.html;msg5172162#msg5172162)
Since 468 points is not too bad a score, I am undecided as to whether I should go with 468 points alone or try to claim 493 points. I can envision the following approaches:
Approach A: Go with 468 points alone.
Approach B: Go with 468 points. Try my luck for a few draws. If it still doesn't work out, add additional work experience and claim 493 points. Possibly get rejected and start back at 468 points.
Appraoch C: Try to claim 493 points. Possibly get rejected and start back at 468 points.
Which of the approaches would you take?
What is the time frame for rejection after ITA is issued?
Is there a danger of misrepresentation?
Any other approaches you would suggest?
