Seeking accomodation during summer session for students

Hi all,

i will like to find out just how east it is to find accommodation during summer sessions as a friend who happens to be canadian told me it would be a lot easier for me to secure very decent accommodation at reasonable price during summer session while students are away.

I am an intending international student of the university of Ottawa who plans to commence studies during summer.
