I received ghost email today.. any guesses

My time line is as follows:-
FSW inland
Profile submitted July 28th 2015
AOR Recieved July 28th 2015
Medical Passed and Background Check started Aug 6, 2015
Schdule A requested Nov 6th with deadline to submit by Nov 13th
Schedule A submitted November 8th 2015
Ghost email received November 13th???
Ecas 5 lines

Ghost email received in afternoon today on November 13th but no further update .. what should I expect next?

ECAS will change to decision made. then you'll either get rejected or wait a couple weeks for the passport request.

Thanks Purplesnow for your reply. Do you know rejection is done right after schedule A submitted.. plus do you know any rejections after schedule A submission. Why cic will ask schedule A, if they have to reject application
