Security not started , info sharing in progress

ITA: 16th april
AOR: 20th April
Biometric: 18th June
medical updated: 18th July

N as on today I checked with ircc, they say security is not started and infosharing in progress

PVO: Nova scotia
SVO: Ottawa

Its been more than a month after medicals, any comments anyone ? how much time it takes for security?

Im March 15 AOR
Biometrics June 28
Medicals July 1
No updates after that.
Called IRCC they said everything passed but security not started.
