Security Expired during PR process

Dear Seniors

I applied PR 38 months ago with family and since dec 2023 everything was passed and we were waiting for decision but did not get till now.

but I came to know by agent yesterday that 2 family member’s Security has been expired now,

So my question is WHAT WILL HAPPEN NOW? Will they do it again? And how long will it take?

please help as we are stuck badly and its already 38 months.

Yes I did i got in June and one in dec

In dec it says everything passed. And when i called every time it says only decision is pending and anytime i will get decision but now yesterday they said security is expired. I don’t understand if the average time and everything was passed since dec why they took this much time to render decision which lead my security expired.

can you please tell me if expired security will work or they will do it again and how long will it take more if they do?
