Security check , not started Aor aprl 1 2021

Hi there , I got my ita on feb 14 (75) ,Aor on 1st aprl 2021 medical passed 20 aprl .called ircc agent on 25july .agent said my security not started . I was working in cruise ship for 11years I have long travel history is that reason my pr is delayed can any one help on this ?

My security is not started too.
I applied on April 23, 2021
My case is so straight forward
but still i am waiting
there are people with March AOR just security left.

do you know what all you passed , did you try to call ircc agent or raise web from to your application status

I called on Ircc on July 21
And as per agent everything else was passed
Medical was passed on 12.may
Biometric- was previously done
Info sharing - passes
Eligibility - passed
Criminality - passed
Except security not started
