security and safety officer job offer

Hi friends, i am praying that someone would enlightened me concerning my eagerness to find a security and safety job offer here in Canada. I am an active military officer serving the AFP for almost 20 years now and planning to retire next year if given a chance to be hired for any vacancy of a security officer position or its equivalent. Is their anyone knows of a Security firm or company sponsoring for a working visa for the said position? I am asking your benevolence on this matter. SMIB Breathren.
