bondable - refers to the fact that you have no criminal record and if required could handle monies and/or securities with a company. Anyone who has a criminal required is not bondable.
Basic security clearance and criminal record check often involve similiar checks - doing a RCMP background check to ensure you have no outstanding offenses, criminal records, warrants, pending issues etc.
Drivers validity license - is your current license in good standing - you are not over your points etc,. No offenses, no unpaid traffic/parking tickets etc.
Depending on the job you apply to you may only be asked if you're bondable and the others may never be asked.
