Section 3(K) of Passport Application - Quick Question

Hello all.

as the title suggests, I am filling out my Canadian passport application form and got stuck at Section # 3. I was on a PR and doesnot have any other canadian travel document except Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR). Should I check this box as yes or no. Kind of confused as the section k doesnot say anything much about this. Experts please advise as I am planning to submit this application later today or earliest by tomorrow morning
