Dears I applied for PR renewal for family of four ,just received three emails for secondly review,this is the email I received
This refers to the application(s) for a Permanent Resident Card that you filed with this office. The purpose of this letter is to advise you that a preliminary review of your application has been completed. Your file has now been referred for a secondary review. This review will result in an additional delay. However, we will endeavor to finalize your application as soon as possible. You will be contacted if additional information or documents are required to complete your file.
If you travel outside Canada without a Permanent Resident card (PR card), you must apply for a Travel document (permanent resident abroad) at a Canadian visa office before returning to Canada. The application is available on our website at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/travel.asp
Please note that a PR card or travel document is required for all permanent residents returning to Canada on a commercial vehicle (plane, train, boat or bus).
