You don't have to. once you submit everything freezes about your application.. did u get aor?

We have to wait till my three years of work experience completes (19th dec) to submit as I got the ITA early. Do you know how long it will take for the AOR?

The score will freeze only after you submit your application and get AOR. If the IELTS expire before that, and you CRS score drops below the cut-off score for your round of invitation, then they would have to re-take IELTS before you submit the application.
