Second Study permit after my PGWP

Hello,

I did one year PG diploma in Ontario and my husband got his open work permit based on my study permit for 1 year. I then got my 1 year PGWP and my husband had applied to extend his open work permit based on my PGWP. I am now planning to take up another 1 year program in a BC college. I have few questions regarding it. I also have a just born baby, born in Canada. I am aware that I will not be getting a second PGWP which is fine with me.

1. Am I eligible to receive another study permit?
2. If I get another study permit, will my husband get another open work permit based on my new study permit?
3. Am I allowed to keep my baby with me and my husband for my support during my studies?

Please help us. Thanks in advance for your responses.

PGWP is one time only. You wont be able to get PGWP again in future.
