No. What I am saying is that I have seen same edited refusal letter in this forum with August date on it.

Yes. In the last webnair they said it. They will start reviewing eligibility if someone gets deferment.

I have been through webinar. They never said that. In Q & A section, someone asked if they can defer after AIP? They said yes; however you have to submit new LOA. They said if you have changed your course or DLI then it will again be considered for 1st stage. They also said that refusal after AIP is very unlikely.

Nobody knows if he even got AIP. Dont just believe everything you see and post everwhere. This is totally fake.

It's possible if program is deferred, eligibility will be checked again

So you are saying the rejection is because he deferred? The IRCC letter states because "not leaving Canada..." etc the usual reasons

I have deferred to fall 2021 but do not have the new LOA because the college hasn't open the intake yet, they said probably December onwards. So my application is in limbo
