Second Stage Application difficulty

Dear all,

I am in a process to sumbit my full application in second stage. I got the pre approval from first stage and in the e mail they ask me to send all the future corrospondence to london office. so

1 )do i need to send all the document to below london office ????

Canadian High Commision
38 Grosvener street,
London W1K 4AA

2) Which are the form i need to filled up ? in the e mail they said below the forms.
- IMM 0008 ( app for PR)
-Shedule 1 Background declaration
-Shedule 3 Economic Classes - Federal Skilled Workers
- IMM 5406 - Additional Family information
-Shedule 1 - Background Declaration - Spouse
- Additional family information for spouce

and finally IMM 5476 - to cancelled the representative.

i am bit worried apart from this any thing else do i need to filled up ?

experts please help asap.
