at least i wasnt banned, ill go for US visa, these 2 refusals could affect me ?

Thank you for your interest in visiting Canada. After careful review of your temporary resident visa application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:

•I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.

better go to USA this year.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

i have a work here... last year why I didn’t have family ties and this year I do ? That’s why I doubt they even check all papers ‍♂♂

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
do i need millions for entering to canada ?

You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.

Don't apply so soon for a US visa. Your application will be assessed for similar reasons as your Canada TRV. And, I think you don't meet the entry requirements for a US B1/B2 at this point in time (although the visa assessment criteria are different for each country).

Travel history:
IRCC would like to see that you have traveled to other visa-required countries for short visits + you have returned home after each visit.

This refusal reason is for your family ties in DR + your Canadian host/family in Canada.

1. Do you like with dependent family members in DR?

2. Is your Canadian host more than just a 'friend'? What kind of support did your friend offer for your visit?

The unofficial guide is CAD 1,000 per week of visit + airfare.

A stronger financial situation (Read: Good salary levels + good financial investments + low dues on the credit cards + other direct/indirect evidence of a comfortable lifestyle) implies that an applicant has greater financial incentives to return to his/her home country

hi @Bryanna thanks for reply on this post and my others question during this process, I appreciated so much.

i hired a lawyer to help me out with this, she told me these 2 refusals wont affect me on US Visa, of course i wont request right now in few months I will.

nobody depends from me and i dont depend from my family, i depend of my job.

my canadians host they are just friends that come every year to DR.

i showed 4,000 cad, a document of 26 page showing my past statements, employment letter... i had planned to stay 10 days, i have a good salary at my current job since 4 years, a good position at company, well a job dont give me visa.

``family ties`` this is when i start to think that visa officers at mexico office do not read complete the applications, this year the say about family ties, why last year they dont ? maybe I should forget about traveling to Canada, Is kind of sad being refused 2 times.:(:(
