second PR Portal email invitation one year after

I recieved a second email invitation to the PR Portal to "confirm your status as a permanent resident and receive your permanent resident card". However I already did all tand I already got my eCORP a year ago, but they never sent me the PR card even though they accepted my address and picture.

This second invitation also says "You have seven (7) days from the date of this email to confirm you're in Canada, provide your mailing address in Canada and submit your PR card photo" but I am not in Canada right now. I am on vacation for another 4 weeks. What should I do? Should I ignore this email as I am already a PR or should do all the steps again and hopefully they will give me my PR card after one year waiting.

Did somebody have the same issue? I'll appreciate any advice.

I just simply emailed them back to IRCC.ClientPortalPrairies-PrairiesClientPortail.IRCC explaining entirely my situation. And they took the picture they had on file of me to make a new PR Card. My PR Card was already in the mailbox when I got back from vacation.
