Second medical requested. Islamabad, Pakistan EBAS

I did my second medical with my friends on 5th may 10 my friend got his visa on 15 June 10 but i haven't get any passport request yet, i am a lil bit worries, so today i send them an email and they quickly response and says ....

Dear Client,

This is in response to your email (see below).

Your application is currently in process. Routine back ground checks are underway on this application. No further action is required by you at this time.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Can anybody tell me when i am going to get my passport request letter?

Until your background checks are cleared, they cannot issue you a visa or request your passport even if they have the results of your second medical.

You just have to be patient, it's a matter of time. Good luck and stay positive

i know they checking my background but i have send my police certificate 2 times plus the additional information 2 times and they asked for 2nd medical and i have send it on 5th may but still haven't get any letter yet..

i just want to know how long it takes to get passport request letter?
