Hi all,
I'm being cheeky and trying to read between the lines in the CIC website.
I've already used an IEC working holiday once in 2016.
The CIC website states:
As a citizen of New Zealand, you may participate in IEC only once.
If you participated in IEC before April 2, 2015, you are no longer eligible to apply.
Do you think because I particated after April 2, 2015, I could still do it a final and second time, because they changed the rules?
Or does it mean everyone from April 2 2015 and before can't get their 'final' participation in.
Thanks,
