Hey guys!

I applied for study permit on 31th July 15 as a second attempt applicant. The reasons for rejection in my first attempt was as bellow :
1. Insufficient financial resources to cover tuition fee, living costs without working in Canada ( my mistake in this .i.e. Calculated the living costs for 12 months where I was supposed to stay for 24 months)
2. Did not satisfy the immigration officer that I would return back to my home country due to " personal assets & financial status.

Before applying for the second time, I deposited some more money to cover my stay for 24 months plus tuition fee and travel costs and documented the property which is under my name and it worth around 80,000 $ . Got a letter from my employer assuring me that I will get my current position upon my degree completion. Wrote a "two pages" long statement of purpose explaining my goals after completion of my degree and future plans .

I applied again as second attempt along with all mentioned documents on 31 July 15 and got rejection on 23rd AUG 15 with below reasons:
1. Insuffienct financial resources to pay my tuition fee ( this time it was only this reason, the other three related to financials were un ticked.)
2. Didn't satisfy immigration officer that I would return back to my home country due to : "family ties in Canada and country of residence " ( this time the personal assets and financial status was un ticked )
3. Other : " you are not a bonfied student and you have satisfied me that you will return back upon completion of you studies "

It doesn't make sense why would they mention reason(s) that they haven't mentioned in my first attempt . Exp, the second and third reason.

Any idea? Should I go for third time and reapply again for the intake of June?

~cheers

The visa office was Abu Dhabi.
What if I apply on Feb 2016? The gap will be around 6 months.
By the way, does it matter to apply consequently ?
I don't think it would matter as long as I provide solution to the rejection reasons .
