If I were you, I would take the advice given to you by those who suggest you re-establish your relationship with your estranged husband. You have a long, long way to go.

If it were me, I would read and learn that application inside out as I re-established a relationship with my estranged spouse.

I did read the application hence why i was asking this question . Would you by any chance know the answer ?

I know that if I were you and in this situation I would be concentrating on re-building my relationship to see if it was worth even applying again.

So, can you apply again? Sure. Does applying now (especially after three years of little to no contact) give you more of a chance to be approved? Probably not. I'm not the first to tell you, I probably won't be the last. Just my two cents though.

I completely understand the time factor! We will work things out and see how it goes before applying absolutely agree with you . My question about the application was simply to know for further knowledge and you mentioned to read and study it so I was reading it and to be able to study it I need to understand it. Simply a question because I was not sure, last time I applied it was nowhere near the same checklist that's why I asked about this. I am not filling any application now or any time soon . Would you be able to answer me about that part of proof of relationship? Thank you in advance
