Unless you have experience as a nanny or education directly related to childcare, you cannot work as a nanny in Canada. The government will not approve a work permit for you.
You must have either one year of full time paid experience with children or a minimum six months education dealing directly with children.
PS: This isn't a job board. If you're truly interested in nannying, it would be helpful to pick a city and then look at agencies that will protect your rights. Remember, agencies do not charge you fees. Anyone that asks for fees to get you a job is a scammer.
If you're not familiar with what a nanny job entails in Canada, it's best you do research because nannies have many rights and responsibilities.

First you need to determine what your qualifications are and search for a job that way. CIC won't give you a work permit if you don't have experience in your job field (or education) as applicable. Then you need to decide how to search, whether through a legitimate agency (no fees upfront) or on your own. Finding a job in Canada is difficult. I suggest you research a Canadian style resume, prepare one, then start using Canadian job boards to search for a job - www.monster.ca for example.
