Just starting the process searching the next step in my career, think Canada can be the best place.

My question is: it's better in your experience starting to apply for some jobs, even if I haven't any VISA, or use the May opportunity and start to apply for a FSW, since I probably have all the requisite?

What are looking potential employee at first for a senior job: the you are already in Canada, you have already asked for a Visa or simply your fit with the position they are searching for?

Employers give very strong preference to employees who are already in Canada and are PRs / citizens.

So can be a good idea to apply for VISA on May, even if I don't have a job offer from a Canadian company?

Canada government prioritize VISA requests based on the fact you already have a job offer from a Canadian company?

if you have 67+ points and if it's your occupation in the priority occupation list you can apply on May without job offer...

ofcourse if you succeed in finding a job first than your visa process will be more easy and fast !
