I submitted through agency for September intake but my application got deferred for Jan...so I personally followed up with TRU and they sent out the letter in 10 days.

Wow. Even I applied through an agent. Guess I will drop them a mail too. Its been almost three months. And i have a similar profile as yours. 7 years work ex and same course. Hope they revert soon. Thanks man

When you call them Ask for Carol Ryujin..she is the one who send out the letters for Indian students...she will do the needful

if you score a minimum of 6 for each band, then yes you qualify under sds

One thing more i want to clarify i want to degree couse in canada 6 each is sufficient or 6.5 overall needed.

I have been accepted in Humber for a year long graduate certificate course. I wanted to enquire is it necessary for me to pay the whole tuition fees for the course or is it possible that I can still apply after submitting the first semester tuition fees? I have already gotten my GIC certificate plus I scored a band of 8 in my IELTS. Also, what other documents are required? Is a statement of purpose necessary?

you should check with your college/uni on their specific ielts requirements. dfferent college/uni and different programs have different ielts requirements.

1 year tuition is required if you are applying under sds. optional if under general stream (although highly recommended).

I scored 6.5 overall no band less than 6. I recently completed my graduation in nursing with overall 72% . However I had 2 year study gap after my 12 class. Can i apply under sds.
