The Statement of Purpose posted by the OP is rudimentary to say the least and is missing a lot of essential information that a Letter of Explanation should have. For starters, intention to study the proposed program was just stated very vaguely. OP mentioned a lot of courses he took during his Bachelors but he failed to explain why he wanted to pursue this very program. He stated that just because he was "curious", he decided to pursue a diploma program after pursuing a Bachelors. The "curiosity" and the "discussion with the professor" part were major red flags in this letter. These statements most probably just proved that OP had no solid career plans and was willing to spend thousands of dollars just out of "curiosity". The outcomes after pursuing the program were also very vaguely discussed and the college part just felt like I was a reading an advertisement article for Conestoga College. Moreover, mentioning how much Canada spends on the education for its citizens was not a smart idea as well because it doesn't matter to you as a student what they do for their citizens. I'd be surprised if OP managed to get his visa approved with this letter and even if he did, it is still not a good LoE and if an agent wrote this then he/she should reconsider their profession choices.
