SDS ( student direct stream ) remedical

I did upfront medical on 6th May and submitted application on 13th May. I just received correspondence from IRCC for medical request. Not sure what this means as I already did upfront medical and was submitted with the application. SDS requirement has upfront medical. What should I do? Should I redo my medical? Should I try contacting the panel physician ? I submitted the webform about this, but I don't know what else to do. I am given 30 days to submit medical.

Maybe you can contact the panel physician’s office to check if they have properly uploaded your medical exam results to IRCC.
