sds query (submit file under spp category on 8june)

i submitted application vfs, chandigarh on 8june and i got tracking id on 8june evening..... and on the same day rules are changed... .. so this thing effect on my visa application process. i submitted 6month fees and gic... plz rply sds rule effects on my visa application or not??
