My Profile:

B Tech in electrical engineering with 9 CGPA
Work experience of around 3 years related to course I will be attending in Canada
IELTS overall - 7 (L-7 R-7 W-6.5 S-7)
Admit from Concordia University (John Molson School of Business) - Masters program research based
Received scholarship worth 6000 CAD for first semester

had visitor visa and visited Canada in 2018
USA visitor visa rejection (twice)

Under SDS category I need to give first year tuition fees (three semester fees) and under non SDS I will pay just first semester fees.
I want to apply my visa under Non-SDS category as for that category I wont need to take up student loan, however confused about it as I heard that it has low visa acceptance rate. Will my previous visa history ( of USA), however not student visa, hamper my chances of getting student visa under Non-SDS category ?

I think my student profile is strong enough to get through Non-SDS category, need your views on this.

Thanks in advance for help in subject matter.

i also studied in concordia in 2013. first of all clear this, do you need loan or not. secondly, non sds is general case it not like that you dont have visa success. for sure you will get visa. but you need to be more careful about your financials. like loan and saving account and money in FD and source of income.

Even if you go for non-SDS and pay only 1 semester, you'd still need to show enough funds to cover your tuition for a year, + an additional CAD10,500 for living expenses.

Your past refusals should not affect your chances, provided the reason for refusal is not sinister. Any which way, you have to mention them as IRCC asks about that in the forms

Also be aware that the VOs usually want your intended program to match your past academic history more than your work experience. If your work exp is not in line with your academic history, you'd need to put extra effort into convincing the VO you are a bona fide student.
