I have a feeling that maybe they are looking at your application under the general stream ( even though u applied under SDS
I maybe wrong but I read somewhere in there website that if for some reason they are not satisfied with SDS application then they take it in general stream

52 days after medical passed, it passed on 27th may, applied on 17th may
