SDS India Jan 2022 intake - please gather here

Hello everyone,
I would be applying for the study permit for Jan 2022 intake this October end/November start under SDS category,already done my upfront medicals and have my biometrics appointment scheduled for November 3rd,Will I be able to get a decision before January 5th??

The panel is taking time to give decision even under SDS category. So apply ASAP

Biometric on aug 23.medicals updated on aug 26..still waiting..
Deferred to jan 2022.
When shall I expect my response

SDS for JAN 2020 intake.

App Submitted - 28th Aug
Medical done - 25th Aug
Biometrics - Done for an earlier visit visa application

No update on the application yet. It says, we will send you a message when we start reviewing your application!

has your biometrics updated on the portal?
My husband also had a visit visa however when we checked the biometrics validity, it mentioned as not valid.

S I applied under SDS only.. But see it takes hell lot time.. Really frustrating

i can totally understand. consultants also give mixed views. Some say it takes 30-45 days and some say min 3 months. so it really depends i guess.

will apply as soon as I get my CAQ,I have untill January 30th to be in Canada,Hopefully all goes well.

s..but I am just confused like will IRCC process based on in take , which I guess like after completing sep intake applications only they will start with Jan intake..
or, is it like my application is not being picked up

My Application is exactly like you. Same date submission. Upfront medical done. Biometrics also from previous application. Still no update from Ircc. They have not even updated my biometrics and medical forget about eligibility reviewing.
