Hi, I am in the same situation like you except my eligibility has been started since 15th Jan 21. I have a question for you. I differed my admission from Jan 21 to Fall 21 and I have sent my new LOA through webform, do I also sent new CAQ through webform? or its not important to update CAQ in current Study visa application.

I would suggest to get a new CAQ issued for fall 21 intake and upload it through webform immediately.

Biometric submission: 07/12/2020
Medical updated: 21/01/2021
Eligibility started: 18/02/2021

Without AIP.

Received my GCMS notes,nothing on it,only found out that The visa office working on my filles has changed from Ottawa---Edmonton---Hongkong.
