SDS file and funds

Hi,

I need ur advise on applying SDS file with one refusal ( insuff finances ).
My course is 1 and half year. Should I show funds and property valuation on top of 1 yr tution fee and GIC ? Or Sponsorship affadavit is enough? I know there is no need for SDS though

You give biometrics last time if yes then there will be no notification asking you to submit biometrics..
