Did they get GCMS notes? A lot of information is hidden in those notes, and that tells you how to prepare for the second app.

It's my 2nd time. Last time bvl and refusal came together. This time Everything like last time except no decision with bvl.

My refusal came in 24 days of submission. BVL came with the refusal, Waiting on GCMS now and will reapply with a SOP. I was stupid to not provide one before.
If i have bvl now, how can one just select processing fee without biometric fee? last i remember, i didn't have a choice to just choose one?

There should be a question like "have you provided biometrics in the last 10 years ?" If you select yes on that then you won't be asked to pay for the biometrics fee.

You can select that option where you have done biometric before.

You will again get bvl in next application. The same process repeat. Except for BIL. They just update bio then medical,and after few days now BVL again. No decision though.

GCMS took 35 days for me aprox.

Yup. Some students from 10 ban college(Quebec) also got bvl. I think they will release in bulk.

Recently, I checked jain overseas's instagram page, he received ppr in 2 days. File submitted on 25th May and ppr on 27th may. Totally frustrated

That was not a video, they posted his ppr picture on their page. I also talked to them, that was refusal case.
