Many people messaged me regarding help for visa refusal, wanted to share some tips guys -
Firstly, I did not attached the SOP 2nd time, I just attached a justification letter when re-applying. I have seen samples on this canadavisa forums and made the similar letter for me according to my gcms notes. I cannot share my letter but can share bullet points which I explained in my J.Letter.
- The purpose of my visit to Canada or REASONS BEHIND PURSUING XXXX PROGRAM ( 200 words )
- COURSE RELEVANCE WITH PREVIOUS PURSUITS (300 words)
- LEVEL OF ESTABLISHMENT AND FINANCIAL ABILITIES ( 100 words )
- MISSING DOCUMENTS (100 words)
- FUTURE GOALS AND REASONS TO RETURN TO (Your country name without brackets) -
- Ties to Home Country ( 100 words ) - write about very strong family ties which sounds like you can't even dream about settling there.
- CONCLUSION ( 100 words )
- Additional Information ( write about the new changes/items/docs you are providing in this attempt which were not attached in 1st attempt, like if you got married etc ) - ( mine was 4-5 new documents)
warm regards,
Your name
Just write a justification letter like this, but first order gcms notes from this website which I personally used and they delivered in 16 days (
https://gcmsnotes.com/order-details) and see what was the actual reason visa officer denied your file on the last page of your result, result will come in around 16 days minimum from CBSA and can take upto 35 days from CIC.. then after knowing real reason, prove them in your justification letter and write in a humble and requesting tone and then re-file visa again with all same rest documents. Also mention at last in your justification letter that what new documents are you attaching in the 2nd attempt.
TIP 2 : Always make your parents as sponsor for people with financial refusal, transfer your saving in their account and show that they will keep sending you money frequently for each expense till the period you stay in Canada. Also, attach NET worth certificate signed & stamped by CA if needed.
TIP 3 : Don't go for NON-SDS if you have program more than 1 year and do not have liquid funds to show equivalent to your remaining year fees.
TIP 4 : Always attach bank statements verified and stamped from bank employee with their employee number, Online bank statements are not valid for the visa.
TIP 5 : Do NOT, i repeat DO NOT choose any course to just go canada some how, this is worst mistake people doing because of the agents. Agents see their benefit guys, don't fall in the trap even if it seems too good. Choose the course always related to your previous history for people going after Graduation.
Tip 6 : Choose province properly, don't go with the crowd. It's a myth that TORONTO is only best in canada. People are earning more in other provinces with ease of life and good weather, less snow, less taxes and affordable housing. Again, agents will tell you to go colleges near toronto area only because that's where THEY making more money with college tie-ups and good commissions. If your agent does not have tie-ups in montreal or Nova scotia, he will misguide you and convice you to go toronto only.... My suggestions are - Montreal, British colombia, and Alberta-edmonton, because living is less expensive as a student.
That's all from my side. Thanks
