Can someone guide tentative timelines. Classes for my nephew starting first week SEP and no response.

Also is it common to have these 2 (eligibility and background check pending simultaneously).

Processing averages 12 weeks so tentative timeline would be mid-October. He may get a response before then. If he does, he is fortunate.
