I want to apply for visitir visa for my wife. I already have a valid visitor visa. i had visited for 30 days once in 2018. my real brother is a pr in canada. my mother also visited twice and hv a valid visa. my mother is govt employee in india and will retire in 2025. my wife is working in it company. last 3 yrs itr's. Salary in avcount INR 33000. Current bank bal in her account is around 4,50,000 inr. my mother is a single parent. I am also working as soft engineer. Pls let me know about her profile..

Your mother's profile doesn't matter.

In order to be approved, your wife should show ties to her home country (e.g. proof of employment, property ownership ideally), funds to support her trip, and any previous travel to countries requiring visas suck as the US and UK.

hi @scylla. My spouse travelled to her country after her restoration of status was approved, since she travlled back home and status was valid until feb 2022, can she apply for visitor visa to enter Canada or if i have skilled job can she apply for OWP? our PR application is in progress and i am PA. i know its not a great question but what are the chances of approval provided prebvious history of refusal? or should we wait for our PR application to be approved?

She can apply for a TRV or OWP. I can't tell you what the chances of approval are. She needs to make sure she declares any previous refusals in the application.
