Screwed up: No eMedical receipt after Medical Test. What to do now ?

I completed my upfront Medical exam today and it went well . When exam was finished, I told them to give me eMedical notification of printout stating that I have taken the medical exam. But they said, that they dont give anything right now and after the blood test results will come in , they will send the results to Canadian Embassy and a tracking list to me via email .

Has anyone faced this issue ? Do they give Up-front medical notification later ?

I took my test in Express Care, Los Angeles.

Did you get ITA??
if yes then you will be provided with a e medical information sheet.

Yes, I received the ITA. But when I went for the medical check up, the lady never asked for the ITA and took my passport and gave me documents to fill . They were upfront medical documents. She told me that I would get a scanned copy of the tracking sheet after my blood test results are complete. Does anyone know what this tracking sheet might refer to ?

go back to the medical centre and ask them to give the sheet. you need it. you have the right to get the information.

1. Do we need original of the sheet at any point or is the scanned copy fine ?

2. What is the official name of the sheet ? Does it look like this ?

I got my eMedical done on 27th of July, and I was given an eMedical notification here in India. They asked me to send the hard copy to VO.
Am I required to send the hard copy only, or scan of the same may suffice?

scan copy is good to go..it has your name and picture with barcode on top..may b they will give after your test is complete..chill
