Scrap the oath ceremony

Just question here. It might be some how related. My daughter (adult) is special needs person who can’t talk or understand oath. How she can participate in oath?

Thank you all of for answers. I did submit few medical reports and school reports with the application. In the same time, I did asked for special accommodation (check box) in the application form. The question is do I need now to find the form CIT 0543 and fill and submit it in advance or just wait for officer to request it?
