Scotia bank GIC refund

Hi guys

I applied for GIC refund on jan 6 and got a confirmation mail saying refund is successfully processed within 5 business days it will be reflecting in your account.
It’s been 30days still I didn’t get the amount. Support team is dumb and they are giving same response.

anyone else facing same issue?
