Learning french is like another year
even if I bank on my IELTS score it would lead to 438 Maximum.Not known to the PNP process :| I tried reading the threads here but it went way too above my head :|

Score 7.5 and 8 in speaking and reading and you will gain further 6 points. You don't need to learn FrenchLearning french is like another year

In 2018, the lowest was 439!
key solution to your case .. work on obtaining an MBA or any master's degree .. there any plenty of options which would allow you to finish in less than a year .. make sure they can be equated as per WES which seem to be the most stringent out of all ECA authorities.
That will give you an additional 50 points for scoring CLB9+ and a post-graduate degree like this
