Score update

Hello all,
I had submitted a profile under CEC. Now I have completed one more year of Canadian work experience, which should give me additional points. However, the score is still the old one. Please guide:

1. If it's auto-update then when can I expect the update?
2. else please guide on how can I update the profile without withdrawing it?

Was your score updated finally? How long did you wait for that? I have the same issue here. Thx!
