my express entry points score is 323 is it possible to get PNP nomination
The PNP nomination is independent of the CRS score, so a score of 323 by itself will not preclude a PNP nomination (except for the Ontario program). Most PNP programs require a job offer, but some exceptions are Ontario (where they select people from the EE pool with CRS scores of 400 and higher), Manitoba (where they require a connection to Manitoba), Nova Scotia (where one must have experience in one of their 'opportunity occupations'), Saskatchewan (where one must have experience in an 'in demand' occupation), and Prince Edward Island (where you fill out a form and it is up to the provincial government whether to contact you to proceed).
