Score is not shown in EE application - automatic rejection!!!

Short story: applied to express entry several months ago - got invitation, all good, finally was cancelled by them as incomplete because of 1 line missing in my police certificate. Created another profile - push submit - no score shown AT ALL, nothing, not even zero, just not working - result automatic rejection as criteria not met.

Tried 9 new profiles, 3 computers, all possible browsers, new emails, tried to send them technical issue (4 times) - no adequate reply, all autoreply like "try to create another profile".

Anyone, same issue? What is the virus or anth else? can't figure out.

What you're experiencing is really odd. Can you show screenshots of what you see when you click on your profile ?

Why are you hiding the score and points breakdown ?

It says you haven't met the eligibility for the FSW "Not Met".

I am not hiding! CIC does! I am highlighting that there is NO score shown

Ok, the reason you're not getting a score is because you're not eligible for the program.

here it is, clean like a baby's tear. Score is not calculation what it should, and the system automatically gives back "not met"
